Returns Policy

1. Consumer Guarantees (Faulty, Not as Described, or Unfit)

  • You are entitled to a free remedy if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees — including repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.

    • Major failure (e.g., significantly different, unsafe, won’t work) → you can choose a refund or replacement.

    • Minor failure → we can choose to offer a repair (you must accept).

  • We cannot deny you these rights through our store policy, “no refund” signs, or packaging requirements.

  • You don’t need to keep original packaging or accessories to obtain a remedy, but proof of purchase is required

2. Change of Mind

We offer change-of-mind returns subject to:

  • Returns notified and made within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

  • Products in original condition (unused, undamaged) with packaging and accessories.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for change of mind returns.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Once the product has been returned and inspected and meets the ‘original condition’ criteria, we will issue your refund.

3. Returns for Faulty / DOA Items

  • If goods are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or faulty, return within 14 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Freight costs for returning faulty items will be covered by us; we will also cover return shipping of the replacement.

4. In-Store Faulty Returns

  • If a fault is discovered in-store, please return within 7 days of purchase for assessment and free remedy under consumer guarantees.

5. Proof and Inspection

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, card statement, warranty card) is required.

  • We may inspect returned goods to determine appropriate remedy. If there's no fault, you may be liable for return shipping and inspection costs.

6. Other Terms

  • Additional charges may apply if items fail to meet change-of-mind return conditions (e.g., damaged, no original packaging).

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to returns under consumer guarantees.
