Returns Policy

You are entitled to a free remedy if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees — including repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
- Major failure (e.g., significantly different, unsafe, won’t work) → you can choose a refund or replacement.
- Minor failure → we can choose to offer a repair (you must accept).
We cannot deny you these rights through our store policy, “no refund” signs, or packaging requirements.
You don’t need to keep original packaging or accessories to obtain a remedy, but proof of purchase is required

We offer change-of-mind returns subject to:

Returns notified and made within 14 days of delivery/purchase.
Products in original condition (unused, undamaged) with packaging and accessories.
A 20% restocking fee may apply for change of mind returns.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once the product has been returned and inspected and meets the ‘original condition’ criteria, we will issue your refund.

If goods are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or faulty, return within 14 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
Freight costs for returning faulty items will be covered by us; we will also cover return shipping of the replacement.

If a fault is discovered in-store, please return within 7 days of purchase for assessment and free remedy under consumer guarantees.

Proof of purchase (receipt, card statement, warranty card) is required.
We may inspect returned goods to determine appropriate remedy. If there's no fault, you may be liable for return shipping and inspection costs.

Additional charges may apply if items fail to meet change-of-mind return conditions (e.g., damaged, no original packaging).
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Restocking fees do not apply to returns under consumer guarantees.
