Sales Camper Trailers & Caravans - Fulltime - Outdoor Lifestyle Products

Exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic and growing Camper Trailer/Caravan Retail Outlet in Fyshwick. As our part of our Sales Team you will be responsible for the delivery of successful sales outcomes and develop and grow the customer base as the ultimate result. This will include duties such as:

• Managing the sales process with prospective customers.
• Looking after and presenting a product showroom.
• Answering both phone and online sales enquiries.
• Liaising with the head office marketing team in regards to merchandising in the showroom
• Handling after sales enquiries or problems and resolving them to a satisfactory outcome
• Packing & sending online orders
• Entering & maintaining orders within our backend sales system
 

The scope of this role is broad and requires a diligent, proactive individual who can hit the ground running and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. To be successful in this position you will possess superior communication and sales skills and enjoy the variety and challenges of working as part of a busy team. Computer Skills are a plus such as Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel etc. Ideally you have previously had exposure to the Caravan, Boating, Camping, Automotive or industrial supply industries with the ability to interact and establish rapport with a wide range of customers. Internet Development, Sales and marketing or related qualification would be advantageous.

Full ACT or NSW Driver’s License is essential.
